Management agreement
BMO Asset Management PLC receives a management fee, payable quarterly in arrears, at a rate of 0.9% p.a. of the relevant assets. BMO Asset Management PLC also provides company secretarial and administration services for a fee, payable quarterly in arrears, and such fee to be increased annually in line with RPI. The management agreement may be terminated by either party giving to the other not less than 6 months notice expiring at the end of any calendar month.The performance fee equal to 7.5% of the annualised increase in the NAV per Ordinary Share over that period multiplied by the time-weighted average number of Ordinary Shares in issue during that period.
