Final Dividend

 

for the year ended 30 September 2023

 

The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 15.0 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2023. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 8 March 2024, the dividend will be paid on 15 March 2024. The proposed final dividend, combined with the interim dividend of 5.5 pence per share already paid during the year, brings total dividends for the year to 20.5 pence per share, a level which is covered by current year earnings, and an increase of 7.9% in dividends declared in respect of the previous financial year. This total dividend is the largest annual distribution to shareholders for the Company to date.
