Interim Dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2023

The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (the "Company") have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 5.5 pence per share for the year ending 30 September 2023. This represents a 10% increase on the interim dividend for last year (5.0 pence per share) and is comfortably covered by earnings per share for the period and reflects the Board's confidence in the quality and resilience of the underlying equity portfolio.

The details of the dividend payment are as follows:

14 July 2023

Payment date:

4 August 2022

 

It is intended that a final dividend for the year ending 30 September 2023 will be proposed at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, as in previous years.
