The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new-build family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), has been informed that Karima Fahmy, Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Balanced Commercial Property Trust Ltd, with effect from 19 January 2024.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
