Result of AGM

 

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in new-build homes in the Private Rented Sector, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 to 15 were passed as special resolutions.

 

The full text of the resolutions is contained in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting. The results of the poll taken on the resolutions, for which Link Group, the Company's registrar, acted as scrutineer, are as follows:
