Completion of Amended and Restated Property Advisory and Investor Relations Agreement ("Amended PAIR") 

 

Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate, today announces the completion of the Amended PAIR.

 
On 28th June 2023, the Company put to Shareholders a proposal (the "Proposal") to amend the fees payable to QSix Residential Limited, the Company's property advisor, under the previous Property Advisory and Investor Relations Agreement.

 
Further to the large majority vote in favour of the Proposal, the completion of the Amended PAIR formalises these new arrangements.
