The Company has been notified that on 10 November 2023, Mr Carlos von Hardenberg, one of the Company's portfolio managers at Mobius Capital Partners LLP, bought 800 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 127.00 pence per share.
As a result of the transaction, Mr von Hardenberg holds a total of 1,163,450 Ordinary Shares, representing an aggregate 1.008% of the Company's issued share capital.
