JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued a further 125,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 556 pence per share under its Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 11 March 2024.

 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 449,611,016 Ordinary Shares and 7,859,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing dated 11 March 2024.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
