HGT announces that Guy Wakeley, HGT's Non-Executive Director who served on the Board since 2018, will step down from the Board on 31 December 2023.

His unique perspective, and operational and financial expertise and experience gained through his executive roles have been invaluable to the Company throughout his tenure."
The search process to appoint a Non-Executive Director to replace Mr Wakeley is underway.
