The Board of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc are pleased to announce that Mr. John Birch, Non-Executive Director since incorporation, has today been appointed as Co-Chairman of the Board alongside Mr. Marc Gabelli who has Chaired the Board of the Company since incorporation. Mr. Birch also Chairs the Management Engagement Committee and Conflicts Committee and there are no further changes to his directorship to report at this time.
