The Board announces that Mr Mark Tucker, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Company, has retired from the Board with effect from 31 December 2023. Mr Tucker has been on the Board since its inception, and the Directors would like to express their gratitude for his valuable contribution during his tenure.

Upon the retirement of Mr Tucker, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Philip Braun, a non-executive director, to the role of Chair of the Audit Committee and the appointment of Ms Stephanie Carbonneil as the Senior Independent Director.
