APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Pegge as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

 

Andrew is a director of POP Investments, which owns 13,881,374 shares in the Company.  He has extensive experience of closed end funds and the corporate governance surrounding them.
