Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

The Company announces that on 31 January 2024 it made a market purchase of 1,291,326 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 53.95 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

33,187,409

Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
