On 30/01/2024, the Company announces the purchase of 450,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 182.20p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the transaction there will be 3,706,300 shares held in Treasury.
The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are 303,653,700.
