In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, at 29 February 2024 the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue was 52,407,910.

 

There are 6,662,230 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
