Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company") has today published its Investor Update. Highlights include:

·      Portfolio financial performance ahead of plan, with yields largely in-line, and total return ahead of expectations, led by certain investments within Bridges Evergreen Holdings;

·      New £5m follow-on commitment to Social and Sustainable Housing LP; and

·      Portfolio 97% committed and on track to be fully committed, well ahead of the anticipated 12-month timeframe.

The update also features two Big Society Capital-led reports designed to establish new impact management norms and build greater ability to assess and compare impact performance and understand impact risk in investing in social and affordable housing.
