At the Smithson Investment Trust plc Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2021, a resolution will be put to shareholders to amend the Company's Articles of Association to enable "hybrid" meetings to be employed for future meetings as the Directors may deem appropriate. A hybrid meeting is one that is conducted as a meeting where members can attend both physically or by electronic means. 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting, which provides details of the resolution and proposed changes to the Articles of Association, is published on the Company's website (www.smithson.co.uk), along with the Company's proposed Articles of Association and details of the changes made. The Articles of Association are also available for inspection at the Company's registered office, 1st Floor, Senator House ,Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4AB.
