The Company announces that on 25 October 2021 it purchased 500 Ordinary Shares of $0.01 each at a price of $9.00 per share.

The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed in treasury and as a result the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, Ordinary Shares held in treasury and the total voting rights attached to the issued capital are now as follows:
