The Company announces that it has today entered into a closed period (in accordance with the provisions of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("UK MAR")) which will remain in place until the Company publishes its annual financial results for the year ended 30 June 2021, expected to occur on or around 23 September 2021.

Accordingly, the Company is not prohibited from dealing in its own securities during this closed period.
