Transfer to the Specialist Fund Segment

The Board of Gulf Investment Fund plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company has successfully effected the transfer of the listing of its ordinary shares from the premium segment of the Main Market to the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange.

The ticker symbol and ISIN numbers of the ordinary shares remain unchanged.

For the purposes of this announcement, unless otherwise defined, capitalised words and phrases shall have the meaning given to them in the circular to shareholders dated 25 March 2021 (the "Circular").
