Management agreement
The management fee is calculated, quarterly in arrears, as 0.55% p.a. at a rate of 0.1375% based on net assets at the end of the previous quarter. Performance fee equal to 15% of any outperformance over the benchmark, subject to a limit on the total management and performance fees payable in any one year of 1.5% of the average NA(calculated quarterly) during the year. Contract terminable on notice period of 6 months.
