Management agreement
AIFM receives a periodic fee equal to 0.30% p.a. of the market capitalisation up to GBP500m, 0.20% on market capitalisation above GBP 500m to GBP 1bn and 0.10% on market capitalisation over GBP1bn. The Investment Manager receives a fee equal to 0.65% p.a. of the net assets. The Agreement may be terminated by either giving notice of not less than 12 months.

Performance fee details
The performance fee amounts to 15% of any outperformance over the Benchmark. Provision is also made within the daily NAV per share calculation as required and in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
