In light of travel restrictions imposed to contain the new COVID-19 variant, Nitin Bajaj is no longer able to travel to London and will need to present on the year's results and the prospects for the Company online from Singapore. The formal business of the Annual General Meeting will still be carried out in person on 3 December 2021 at 11.00am at 4 Cannon Street, London, EC4M 5AB.
Shareholders are still very welcome to attend in person and appropriate social distancing and hygiene measures will be in place. However, under the circumstances it is unlikely that we will be able to offer the usual catering service.
Investors viewing the AGM both online or in person will be able to submit live questions to the Board and the Portfolio Manager.
