Alison Jefferis

Alison joined the board in January 2026.

She is a director of JPMorgan Emerging Markets Growth and Income plc. Alison enjoyed a successful career in marketing, strategic communications and public affairs including senior roles at Macquarie and HM Treasury before joining Columbia Threadneedle Investments where she served as Head of Corporate Affairs, EMEA/APAC with responsibility for reputation, communications and stakeholder engagement. She established and chaired the Columbia Threadneedle Foundation from 2015 to 2022.

Alison has been a member of the AIC’s Marketing Ambassadors since 2024. She is also a Trustee and Development Committee Chair of Clean Break Theatre Company and a Director of Catherine Hamlin Foundation International.
