Alison joined the AIC in 2005.  She has overall responsibility for the AIC’s financial and HR affairs, including statutory and management reporting, budgeting, financial projections, taxation, treasury, insurance, payroll, pensions, HR policies and risk. She also acts as company secretary for the Remuneration Committee and the confidential aspects of the board’s work.

Previously, Alison was involved in the AIC’s public affairs and technical team with responsibility for producing responses to European and UK policy consultations as well as materials for member companies on a wide range of issues including company law, regulation, corporate governance, audit, risk, and reporting.
