Charles Luke, fund manager of Murray Income Trust, explains how they have reduced property exposure with a view to increasing the overall quality of the portfolio by adding to positions in The London Stock Exchange, RELX Group, Sage. The trust has also added LVMH and Games Workshop, two high quality companies which Charles believes can grow earnings over time.
