On 21st July 2023, the Board of Asia Dragon Trust announced that it has agreed heads of terms with the Board of abrdn New Dawn Investment Trust in respect of a proposed combination of ABD with DGN. Fund managers, James Thom and Pruksa Iamthongthong, set out the details of the proposal, and the benefits to shareholders of both companies.
