AIC to host second investment company showcase with guest speaker Nick Robinson
The Association of Investment Companies (AIC) will hold the next Investment Company Showcase on Friday 20 October 2023.
The Association of Investment Companies (AIC) will hold the next Investment Company Showcase on Friday 20 October 2023, sponsored by interactive investor and supported by London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
Now in its second year, this in-person and online event is open to all and will be held at Novotel London West, Hammersmith from 10am to 4pm. It is an opportunity for investors to hear directly from 40 leading investment company managers and experts.
The line-up includes the managers of Scottish Mortgage, Merchants Trust, Edinburgh Investment Trust, The Global Smaller Companies Trust, Tritax Big Box REIT, HICL Infrastructure, Polar Capital Global Healthcare and many more. The guest speaker is Nick Robinson from the BBC’s Today Programme.
The Showcase will cover a wide range of topics from public to private equity, large to small cap companies, income to growth, property to bonds, infrastructure to ESG. Speakers will give their thoughts on the economic outlook, how to tackle higher inflation and generate consistent income from portfolios in uncertain times. The event offers investors the flexibility to pick and choose the sessions that are most relevant to them.
In addition to the speaker sessions, there is an opportunity to meet and chat with a range of exhibitors, including fund management groups.
