Management agreement
JUTM is contracted to provide investment management services to the company subject to termination by not less than twelve months' notice by either party. The basis for calculation of the management fee charged to the company is 0.70% of net assets up to GBP 150m, 0.60% for net assets over GBP 150m and up to GBP 250m, 0.50% for net assets in excess of GBP 250m.
