Management agreement
The Company's annual management fee is calculated at 0.75% on the first GBP 50m of net assets, 0.65% on the next GBP 200m of net assets and 0.55% on the remainder. The fees are calculated and paid on a quarterly basis. The Management Agreement is terminable on not less than 6 months’ notice or on shorter notice in certain circumstances.
