Management agreement
The manager receives an annual fee of 1.75% of NAV, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears. Annual running costs are capped at 3.5% of the NAV of Company, any excess being met by the Manager by way of a reduction in future management fees. The appointment may be terminated on one year notice.
