Management agreement
The Combined Trust will benefit from improved management fee terms, with management fees to be charged on the following basis: • 0.600% per annum of the Net Asset Value up to but excluding 500 million; • 0.475% per annum of the Net Asset Value equal to and in excess of 500 million and up to but excluding 1 billion; and • 0.450% of the Net Asset Value equal to and in excess of 1 billion. No performance fee payable. The management fees include portfolio management, company secretarial and administrative services. Contract terminable on notice period of 6 months.
