This year's AGM will take place on Tuesday 21 July 2026 at 11:00am at The Balmoral Hotel,1 Princes Street,Edinburgh, EH2 2EQ.

Shareholders are warmly invited to attend the Edinburgh Investment Trust Annual General Meeting, where they will have the opportunity to vote on the resolutions, meet and ask the Board and Portfolio Managers questions. After the formal business of the AGM has concluded there will be a portfolio update from Portfolio Managers Imran Sattar and Emily Barnard. Attendees may arrive from 10.30am and formal proceedings will begin promptly at 11.00am.

For those unable to attend in person the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company platform. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via proxy, as early as possible.

Shareholders unable to attend in person are invited to submit any questions for the Board and Portfolio Managers to consider. These can be pre submitted ahead of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 20 Jul 2026, 09:00 BST.
