The company is putting forward proposals for the reconstruction and members’ voluntary liquidation of the company, through a scheme of reconstruction and winding up into Premier Miton UK Multi Cap Income Fund a open-ended fund, with the option of a cash exit option for up to 100% of their shareholding.

In order to consider and approve the proposals, The first General Meeting has been convened for 10.00 p.m. on 26/06/2026 at 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH.
