Management agreement
The Board of the Company announces that, following a review of the Company's operating costs, it has agreed revised terms with the Company's Alternative Investment Fund Manager, Towers Watson Investment Management Limited. With effect from 1 April 2026, the Company's management fee will be reduced to 0.46% on the Company's entire market capitalisation.With effect from 1 January 2027, the Company's management fee will be reduced further to 0.41% on the Company's entire market capitalisation.
