The company does not have a fixed life, however, the board considers it desirable that shareholders should have the opportunity to review the future of the company every three years. Accordingly, an ordinary resolution for the continuation of the company in its current form was passed at the AGM of the company held on 14 September 2023. The next scheduled continuation vote will be held at the 2026 AGM. If such resolution is not passed, the directors will formulate proposals to be put to shareholders to reorganise or reconstruct the company or for the company to be wound-up and the assets realised at fair value.
