Proposed C Share issue

 

The Board of The Schiehallion Fund Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement on 16 October 2020 and announces that the Company is considering increasing its capital base through a proposed issue of C shares to institutional and professional investors at a price of US$1.00 per C share (the "Issue"). The size of the Issue is still to be determined, but it is not currently expected that the maximum size would exceed US$500 million.

 

Any issue of C shares will be subject to market conditions and the approval of a prospectus in connection with the Issue by the FCA (the "Prospectus").  It is currently expected that, should the Company proceed with the Issue, the Prospectus will be published by the end of March 2021 and trading in the C shares will commence before the end of April 2021.
