Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 22 June 2022, it purchased for holding in treasury 54,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,182.46 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 754,000 ordinary shares held in treasury and 176,353,958 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
