Dividend Declaration

 

The PRS REIT, the real estate investment trust that invests in new-build homes in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS"), is pleased to declare an interim quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the fourth quarter of its financial year, comprising the three months to 30 June 2020.

 

This dividend, which is a non-Property Income Distribution, will be payable on 18 September 2020 to shareholders on the register on 21 August 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 20 August 2020.

 

This brings the total dividend for the financial year from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 to 4.0 pence per ordinary share, in line with the Board's revised target.

 

The PRS REIT expects to issue final results in September, when it will also provide an update on trading.
