Scrip Dividend Scheme

The Company announces that on 30 April 2021 it will allot and issue 474,537 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend for the year ended 30 November 2020 (the "Final Dividend"), payable on 30 April 2021, to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme").

Application will be made for admission of the Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 30 April 2021.
