Management agreement
The Investment Manager will be entitled to a management fee payable by the company equal to 1% p.a. of the Company's NAV on the first GBP 200m and 0.75% p.a. of NAV thereafter, payable quarterly in arrears. The management fee and any interest costs associated with the gearing will be charged as to 50% to the revenue account and as to 50% to the capital reserve. The management contract is terminable on 6 months notice.
