Appointment of Chairman Designate
The Board of VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Graeme Proudfoot has been appointed Chairman Designate of the Board. The Company previously announced on 23 October 2020 that Mr. Kevin Ingram, the Chairman of the Company, had informed the Board that he intended to retire at or before the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
Following a thorough review of succession plans and after due and careful consideration, the Board has resolved that when Mr. Ingram retires at the conclusion of the 2021 AGM, Mr. Proudfoot, a non-executive Director of the Company, will succeed him as Chairman.
Mr. Ingram has served on the Board since the IPO in 2015, initially as Chair of the Audit & Valuation Committee and then as Chairman since December 2018. Mr. Proudfoot was appointed to the Board on 1st December 2020 and will work with Mr. Ingram to ensure that there is a smooth handover over the next four months. The Board is very grateful to Mr. Ingram for his considerable contribution since the IPO.
Kevin Ingram, Chairman of the Company, said:

Graeme Proudfoot, non-executive Director of the Company, said:
