Management agreement
An investment management fee equivalent to 1.10% p.a. of the gross assets of Company is payable to the Manager. In addition, the Manager is also entitled to receive a performance fee at a rate of 10% of any increase in the NAV at the end of a performance period over and above what would have been achieved had the NAV since launch increased in line with the Reference Index. The contract is terminable on 6 months notice.
