GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, today announces the reference price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020 dividend has been set at 107.80 pence.

 

This is the average of the middle market prices of the Company's Ordinary Shares derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange for the ex-dividend date of 5 November 2020 and the four subsequent dealing days.

The dividend payment date and the date for admission and dealing of the new ordinary shares, to be issued pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative is expected to be 7 December 2020.
