Following the conclusion of the Company's AGM on 27 July 2021, Julia Le Blan retired as a non-executive Director of the Company. Julia was the Chair of the Audit Committee and as previously indicated within the Company's Annual Report to 31 March 2021, Helen Galbraith will now take over this role.
