Board change

Gresham House Strategic plc ("GHS" or the "Company") announces that David Potter, Chairman, has decided to resign from the Board with immediate effect.  The process for identifying a new Chair is already underway.  Helen Sinclair, non-executive director of GHS will assume the position of interim Chair until the successor to David Potter is appointed.

David Potter has made an invaluable contribution to the Company.  He has been Chairman of the Board for nearly six years and was the driving force to establish GHS after the successful winding up of the Spark Ventures venture capital portfolio in 2015.

During David's period as Chairman, GHS has delivered strong investment returns and has been one of the best performing small company investment funds in the UK, pursuing its strategic public equity strategy supported by the investment team of Gresham House Asset Management. Over the past five years, the share price has approximately doubled and the discount to net asset value has narrowed considerably. The Board of GHS will miss David's dedication, vision and leadership and wishes him every success in the future.
