Management agreement
Management fee is charged at tiered basis of 0.75% p.a. on the first GBP 500 m of NAV, 0.65% on NAV between GBP 500 m and GBP1 b and 0.60% on NAV in excess of GBP1 b. The fee is calculated and paid monthly in arrears. No performance fee payable. The contract terminable on notice period of 12 months.
