The Board of JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Zoe Clements as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st September 2022.

 

Ms Clements is an experienced non-executive director, investor and finance professional and spent the first six years of her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Ms Clements is a member of the Social Investment Advisory Committee of The Growth Impact Fund and a Trustee of The Money and Mental Health Policy Institute. She has held various board positions at a variety of businesses and brings to the Board an array of experience including recent and relevant finance and investment expertise, analytical and risk management skills and an understanding of investment trusts.

Ms Clements does not own any shares in the Company.

 

No further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13(2) - (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules for Ms Clements.
