TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 30 June 2022, the issued share capital of the Company, excluding 1,581,500 shares held in Treasury, consisted of 304,042,039 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with one voting right.  The total issued share capital consists of 305,623,539 shares.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 304,042,039. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
