Gearing Facilities

 

 

The Directors of Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc note that further to the expiry of the two 2018 two-year term loans held with ING Bank N.V, as indicated in the Annual Report for the year ended 30 April 2020, the facilities have now been replaced with the following two facilities with ING Bank N.V, each shall expire on 30 September 2022:

 

JPY 3,800,000,000, two-year fixed rate term loan at an interest rate of 0.90% pa.

USD 36,000,000, two-year fixed rate term loan at an interest rate of 1.3350% pa.
